These are the terms for buying from Fluffums. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We can cancel an order before it ships if a design is out of stock or a price was listed wrong, and we refund you in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Products

Every ball is felted by hand, so the one you receive can differ a little from its photo. That is the craft, not a defect. Dryer balls are for the dryer: keep them away from pets and small children.

Shipping and returns

Shipping follows our shipping policy and returns follow our refund policy: 30 days from delivery, no questions asked.

Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact details you give us. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

This site

The words, photos and designs on this site belong to Fluffums or its makers. You can share links to them; you cannot copy them for sale. We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we fix mistakes when you point them out, but we do not promise it is error-free.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
