Using them
How many do I use?
Three or four for a small load, five or six for a large one, seven or eight for extra large. More balls, faster drying.
Do they make noise?
A soft thump as the drum turns. Most people stop noticing after the first load.
Can I add essential oils?
Yes. A drop or two on a ball before the load adds a light natural scent.
Do they work on every fabric?
Yes. They are gentlest on towels, bedding and everyday cotton, and safe on delicates at low heat.
Lasting
How long do they last?
A thousand loads or more. For most households that is years.
What happens when they wear out?
They shrink a little and may get fuzzy. Run them through a hot wash inside a sock to refelt them, or compost the wool.
Handmade
Why does mine look a little different from the photo?
Every ball is felted by hand, so no two are identical. Yours is one of a kind.
Safety
Baby clothes and sensitive skin?
Yes. There are no chemicals, coatings or fragrances, only wool.
Will my dog think it is a toy?
Yes. Keep them out of reach between loads.
Buying
Can I mix designs?
Yes. Build a Bundle takes any designs in any number. Four or more unlocks the bundle price.
Can I buy just one?
Yes. Build a Bundle takes a single design too, at the single price.
Gift wrapping?
Sets come bagged and ready to give. Gift wrapping is on the way.
Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $40 or more in the United States. $4.99 flat rate below that.
What if I change my mind?
Return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
