How it works

Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and we reply with the return address. Once the balls arrive back, we refund the full price to the payment method you used.

Used balls

Dryer balls are meant to be used. If you tried them and they are not for you, the 30 days still apply.

Arrived damaged or wrong

Tell us within 30 days and we send a replacement or a refund, your choice. No need to send anything back.

Sets you built

A bundle from Build a Bundle is returned as a bundle. The refund is the bundle price you paid.
